dsh-plugin-tts: Reading Assistant Replies in DeepSeek Harness

dsh-plugin-tts is a client-side plugin for the DeepSeek Harness web configuration file, maintained by 1624318455 (MIT, v0.3.0). Based on Microsoft Edge's free TTS, it requires no API Key and offers features such as a message reading button, an auto-read toggle, and a voice settings panel.
